For nearly three decades, DKCC has been recognized for its exceptional craftsmanship, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction. Eterna combines DKCC’s 30 years of experience with Kishan Patel’s 15 years of experience in engineering, construction, and real estate development. Kishan’s entrepreneurial drive and dedication to innovation guide the company’s mission:

David Kaiser will continue to serve as the Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) and will remain actively involved in project execution. His leadership and oversight ensure that every build upholds the same meticulous standards and attention to detail that clients have trusted for decades.

Our Process
1. Initial Contact
Your journey begins with a personal introduction.
Share your vision, and Kishan will reach out to better understand your dream and how Eterna can turn it into your reality.
2. Design Agreement
If your vision aligns with our expertise, we’ll move forward with a design agreement to begin the creative process.
3. Site Visit
Kishan & David will visit your home to understand your vision in person and take detailed measurements. We will discuss layout, materials, and design goals to bring your vision to life.
4. Design Development
In collaboration with our architects and designers, you’ll shape every detail of your project. Together, we refine layouts, materials, and finishes — transforming your vision into a beautifully crafted design.
5. Pre-Construction
With your design complete, our team reviews the site, finalizes selections, and prepares every detail — ensuring a seamless start to construction.
6. Contract & Scheduling
We formalize the construction agreement and secure your place in our build schedule. You’ll receive a clear timeline outlining each phase of your project as we believe in transparency throughout the entire process.
7. Project Execution
Our team manages every aspect of your build with precision and care. From daily coordination to on-site quality control, we ensure craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail at every stage.
8. Completion & Closeout
Your project concludes with a detailed walkthrough and final sign-off. Our goal is simple — deliver an exceptional experience and excellent work quality that earns your trust long after the work is complete.
